This weekend has seen Brandon have some of his longest moments alert and with his eyes open. The poor lad seems to suffer with the hiccups and wind an awful lot though which might be contributing to him being awake more. We have been trying to encourage him into other positions rather than flat on his back. So here are some nice shots of him sitting up in the jungle tyre.
Also we have been advised by the health visitor to encourage Brandon to lie on his side (with supports) as well as on his back. So tonight whilst reading Joshua his bed time story we laid Brandon on his side in Joshie's cot. The little guy seemed very comfortable on his side and went to sleep!
After the boys and Tina has their afternoon nap we decided to load the car up with the bike and head over to Thorndon park for the afternoon. Me and Josh had a good ride around and Tina took Brandon in the harness carrier for the first time so that he could get some fresh air. Here are some pictures from our afternoon out.
Brandon's first experience in the harness carrier.
Dad and Joshua head off on the bike.
We stop off by the lake for a quick pose.
