After last weeks park run we realised that over winter Holly had outgrown her trainers and so it was time to buy her a new pair of running shoes. So a quick trip to Sports Direct last weekend and she has got some nice super fast blue and pink Karrimor running shoes. Holly was really excited to test out her new shoes today and clearly they are good as she smashed out a new PB for her 2k in 13 min 37 seconds.
