Brandon Turn's 15

Yesterday was Brandon's 15th birthday and very unlike him he woke up super early wanting to open his presents whilst I was out in the gym. This back fired on him later in the day as he was absolutely shattered after an early morning and a whole day at school and pretty much spent the whole evening sleeping. We even brought him some ciders to celebrate and he didn't touch those as he was too tired. We only just managed to get him down briefly for a bit of birthday cake! In his defense he did have a really busy day on Sunday as we celebrated his birthday a day early in London (but that will feature on the next blog update).

For his birthday we spent the usual amount of money and the pile of presents really didn't seem to justify the cost. His main present was a new pair of Nike football boots that he wanted. Then he had a massive order of WHU merchandise which included an oodie, slippers, a new chain, Mark Noble's book and a Kuddus personalised 3rd team shirt. Then he also got a new Playstation game calle Witcher (or something like that).

All that money and it hardly looks like anything once wrapped up.

Brandon's 3rd kit shirt with the Kudus personalisation.

The football boots were a winner, he absolutely loved them.

These went straight in his school bag so that he could wear them on the astro for their lunchtime football. Apparently he was unstoppable in them.

Keeping warm in his new WHU oodie.

Nice to see Brandon actually asking for a book to read for his birthday.

The WHU Oddie is a dark grey camo with the WHU logo. Very nice.

Nothing special for a birthday cake, just a standard everyday chocolate cake which is always a winner.

And just like that he is 15 years old.
