Day 5 Minehead - Dunster Castle

Day 5 of holiday took us off site to the very stunning Dunster Castle. The pictures do not do this place justice, and what stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

In the distance you can just about see a steam train chugging along.

The boys exploring the deepest darkest corridors in the castle.

Me and the boys up high on the castle wall.

And then embedded into the castle wall.....

The boys loved running around the castle and exploring all of the various rooms, corridors, dungeons etc.etc.

As always Joshua finds something he can climb up!

This picture was taken from inside one of the lookout towers.

The boys playing by the castle pond. Joshua was first to spot the fish.

Which way next dad?

Aha, Joshua has found the route through.

Ho ho ho and a barrel of rum (or two).

Bed time boys.... that looks comfortable, NOT!

The boys wanted to exchange their current bike trailer for this baby.

Inside the castle the boys quickly found the drum/chime for calling "dinner time".  This raised a few eye brows with a loud chime echoing thought the castle!

Forget playstations and Wii's, you can't beat a good old snooker table.

Outside the castle grounds we got to play some giant jenga and bowling.

Joshua having some chill time.

And finally another rare picture of all four of us.

Check back for Day 6 when Brandon got his first real bowling experience.
