Day 6 - King Pin

Slowly but surely I am getting through the holiday blog updates. So here is the penultimate day which we spent on site. To ease into the day the boys went along to an arts and crafts session. As you can probably guess this was followed with another trip to the swimming pool in order to help get cleaned up!

I guess it is true that if you mix all the colours you get brown.

Who wants a cuddle? Or is this his zombie pose.

After swimming it was onto the bouncy castles.

Unfortunately from the bouncy castles the boys could once again see the donkeys - so our ears were ringing with "I want a donkey ride!"

So its down the slide and off the castles.........

And onto the donkeys again.........

The sad faces are because the ride was over and the boys were told to dismount.

Later in the day me and Joshua stumbled across a Jurassic show with this rather friendly stegosaurus. Well friendly until he swung his tail around and we all had to duck.

Joshua even got to feed the dinosaur some plants.

Hopefully this will be as close as Joshua ever gets to a real Volvo.

May the force be with you. Don't ask where Joshua "aquired" the sword from.

In the evening we went bowling and this was only Joshua's second ever time and Brandon's first. Both boys soon got to grips with the game and understood the concept of 2 goes each then share so that everyone has a turn. I won (of course) and poor Joshua and Brandon were last, but only 1 point separated the boys!

How grown up is Joshua starting to look? Not sure everyone in the bar was too appreciative of him wearing his Southend football shirt on the night when Man U were playing in the final against Barca.

Well done for those that have stuck with the holiday updates. Only one more day to go - Tropiqauria.
