Brandon's School Application

First things first - this time next week, we four Kings will be sitting in the arctic circle eating a nice bit of reindeer and preparing for the days ahead in Lapland when we get to meet the real Santa, have some husky and snow mobile rides, go sledging, meet the elves and Santa's post office etc.etc. I think I am more excited than the boys. The weather there has warmed up slightly and over the next week it looks like the max temperature is about -8 degrees, but there is plenty of snow already. Woohoo. Last night I was watching a program about expeditions to the Arctic Circle and it just got me even more excited about heading there. It will be amazing to take part in an Arctic Circle Ceremony and see the Northern Lights.

Secondly, it seems like only yesterday that we was submitting the application form for Joshua's primary school. Now he is nearly completing his first term and it is time to submit Brandon's application ready for him to start next September. Fortunately the process for us has been much easier this year as we have not had to arrange all the school visits and study endless Ofsted reports. We absolutely love Abacus school and Joshua is doing so well. We would be foolish to apply for any other school. Not to mention the impracticalities of having the two of them in different schools.
