Last Saturday me and the boys went to Roots Hall to watch a pre-season friendly between our local team Southend and Joshua and Brandon favourite premiership team, Westham United. It was a glorious summers day and the match was very entertaining with plenty of goals. Southend took a surprising 1-0 lead but by half time the score had levelled at 2-2 with plenty of action at both ends of the pitch. In the second half the West Ham No.10 fired home his third of the day to give West Ham a 3-2 win. For me and the boys it was a win-win game whoever came out on top as we like Southend and West Ham.

Not related to football, but Joshua had a water fight at his Beavers club this Monday and so we need to get him a better water pistol. So whilst we were at football Tina picked up a couple of Nerf Super Soaker Freeze Fire. These guns are evil with a distance of about 38ft and you put ice cubes in the tank to give the water jet streams and nice cooling freeze feel!!!
