So there is a major benefit to Joshua being in secondary school and that is that he has started doing home economics (although I am not sure it is called that anymore) and that means I get loads of delicious dishes to try out which he makes at school. Last week was one of my favourites with a good old fashioned stodgy apple crumble.
Only me and Joshua had any and I have to say it tasted really, really good. There was a little bit left over and I polished it off Friday night whilst he was on a sleepover at Ethan's. He doesn't appear to have noticed the last bit has gone missing yet or questioned where it went too. Snooze you lose!
