Elf Updates and 2023 Giant Cracker

Well the Elf was a bit short lived this year but thankfully after just 11 nights I can confirm Rainbow is going back to the North Pole tonight. On the Rainbow's final day he delivered the Xmas Eve boxes for the kiddies which were filled with loads of goodies, chocolates and a few small presents. For the two boys we got them both one of those boot buddies in hope that they might start cleaning their own football/rugby boots (wishful thinking me thinks!).

As it is Rainbow's final day with us we have allowed Holly a day of hugs and cuddles before the Elf leaves. She has pretty much carried him around everywhere all day and even tried feeding him breakfast and putting some lip stick on him!

This year's giant cracker ready for Boxing Day and also now been made and over the years the amount of help I have received from the kids has got less and less. This year it was none!!! They were all full of it when we were out shopping for the materials to make it, but when it came down to actually making the cracker, it was me, myself and I!!!!

Rainbow brings Holly some festive pasta for dinner one night.

And even bought them all an Elf breakfast of pancakes and sausage burgers.

But that time has come for Rainbow to go back home as Christmas Eve is upon us.

On the final day Rainbow delivered the Xmas Eve boxes to the 3 kiddies.

And as it is the last day we have allowed Holly to hug and hold her Elf before it leaves for another year.
