B'Day Party - Sport4Fun

They say better late then never, so nearly a week and a half after Brandon's 6th Birthday and finally today he had his party. This year Brandon chose a football themed party and we used a fantastic company called Sport4Fun to run his event at Bromfords Sports Centre. I think he had about 18 friends turn up which was a great showing. For the first year ever his big brother was NOT at his party as he was off at Aflie's birthday party (Alfie is one of Joshua's Tiger football team mates). All the kids seemed to have a great time and at the end of the activities they were all awarded with a medal plus Brandon was given a replica Brazil World Cup Football.

 

During the team games the kids were split into 4 teams and they had to choose which tops they wore out of England, Spain, Italy and Holland. As it was Brandon's party he got to pick his team colour and I have to say the boy did me proud as he picked the orange of Netherlands. After some food and cake we loaded the car with two sack loads of presents and then headed home so that he could start tearing into them.

During dodgeball if the kids were hit with the ball they had to spell a word to the coach in order to get back into the game.

At the end of all the sports Brandon had to award all of his mates with a Sport4Fun medal.

So now I am left with a house full of new toys to find homes for. Today's haul included mainly Skylander Swap Force, Transformers, Avengers, Nerf, Chelsea stuff and Spiderman. Brandon enjoyed his party so much that I think he wants the same again next year. Judging from feedback we got from other parents today I would say that Sport4Fun will gain quite a few more party bookings after today.
