School Crafts - Roman Houses, Weaving and Masks

Joshua and Holly both love their craft activities and have both been very busy at school lately. For Josh he has been learning about Roman’s this half term and has built a 3D Roman house which he is very proud of. Brandon has also been learning about Roman’s and apparently his class built and edible Roman cobbled stone road our of sweets and biscuits (unfortunately now picture of this). Josh has also been learning some more weaving patterns at school using wool and a cardboard rectangle with triangle notches cut in the side. He enjoys this so much he has been doing more of them at home. Holly has been doing loads of crafts at her new Tree House school and has made an acorn painting which she is really proud of, a scary black mask and a cuter monkey mask.

Joshua with his Roman House that he built. By the time he got it home from school he had to make a few glue gun repairs.

Joshua really enjoys doing weaving crafts.

This is Holly's amazing acorn painting which was done by dipping acorns in paint and using them as a brush.

This is Holly with her cheeky monkey mask she made at school.

And this is her scary black mask!
