Feeling Festive & Elf Updates

Now that Holly's birthday is out of the way we can start planning for Xmas. 2020 has been such a crappy year with the Covid lockdown and me being made redundant that we need to make this a good one to finish the year on a high. So this weekend we finally got our Xmas decorations up and even better, this year we managed to put some decorations outside (last year we had to abandon outside decs due to the building work). I think the front garden looks amazing and has created our ow little winter wonderland.

Holly has been over to Barleylands with Tina now that Lockdown 2.0 has finished to buy a few more bits for Xmas and she had some Elfie backdrop photos taken there. As for the Elf updates, well so far this year, Rainbow has had a good mix of being naughty and nice. She had hidden in a balloon and a fireplace, bought Holly a puzzle and some earrings and also done some ten pin bowling! Whilst the boys no longer are interested in the Elf, for Holly it is magical and she runs downstairs most mornings really excited to search for where Rainbow is and what she is doing.

Rainbow bought Holly a puzzle which she had to finish for the Elf.

This was a tricky one for Holly to find. Rainbow hid down by my new wine (rum) rack with a little blag bag surprise for Holly.

Inside the bag were 4 pairs of lovely Xmas earrings for Holly.

A bit of Elf bowling.

Yeh, we have our own little winter wonderland in the front garden this year. Complete with music and projector.
