Christmas Pudding

Well the latest Xmas update is that yesterday Joshua tried Christmas pudding with cream for the first time, and he liked it. How cool is that, finally there is someone else in the house to share the Christmas pudd with. It has to be said that Joshua is getting very good with his food these days and will generally give everything a try now. Brandon got as far as licking a bit of pudding on a spoon as he thought it looking like chocolate cake, however his face soon told a story that perhaps he will take more after his Mum and not be a Xmas pud person.

On the subject of Christmas pudding, Joshua has been learning his four Christmas songs for his little school play at the nursery. His favourite so far is all about Xmas pudding and goes something like this:

Christmas pudding, Christmas pudding,

Steaming hot, steaming hot,

Sprinkle on some sugar, sprinkle on some sugar,

Eat a lot, eat a lot.

He also has various hand movements he has to do with each line of the song. The other songs he has got to learn are Santa got stuck up the chimney, We wish you a merry xmas and Rudolph the red nose reindeer.

Other breaking news is that Brandon beat his record yesterday and managed 3 wees on the potty in one day and kept a dry pair of pants on for about 3 hours or so. Its slow progress but its all a step in the right direction.
