Thetford Forest Camping Day 2 - Auntie Jo's Wedding

Day 2 of our little camping break was the big day for Auntie Jo and Tony as they got married. The boys dressed up very smartly in their outfits which their Nan bought them. Then it was off for them to see their cousin Leyla. Not sure Tina was exactly over the moon about preparing for a wedding in a tent in the middle of a field in Thetford!

Josh & Leyla. It still amazes me that there is only 1 day difference between the two of them.

Joshua, Brandon and Leyla were all keen to watch the bride exit the car.
The wedding venue in the heart of Thetford town centre had a stunning garden area which the children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and chasing each other around.

The green shirts almost camouflage the boys in the garden.

The newly married couple getting showered with confetti.

Joshua and Leyla recover as much confetti as possible to throw at unsuspecting guests!

A lovely picture of Joshua and Leyla. Leyla holding her bridesmaid flowers.

Time for a rest after all that charging around the garden.

Little B and Leyla.

A rare family shot of "we four King's".
Back at the evening venue the boys and Leyla enjoyed a good run around on the dance floor playing with balloons and the hanging tinsel. But first it was time to rehydrate. It was great to see the three kids all getting on really well together and playing nicely.

Drink time.
And then onto some nourishment............

No surprises here as Brandon has a plate full of chicken drum sticks and sausages.

Balloon combat on the dance floor.

Everyone knows that Brandon loves playing with balloons. Auntie Chris also came prepared with Play-doh to keep the kiddies entertained.

How cute is this, Brandon and Leyla having a little cuddle on the floor?
I have always lived by the philosophy "can't dance, don't dance" when it comes to weddings and family disco's. Why make an idiot of yourself on purpose. Clearly the boys do not share my philosophy and were more than happy to hit the dance floor for a little boogie with their Mummy.

Day 3 features probably the best day of our camping break as we headed off to Bewilderwood.
