Last night we had the pleasure of celebrating Uncle Steven's 60th birthday at the Grand Central restaurant in Basildon along with a load of the family. This was the first time we have been to Grand Central since it was re branded from the Outback and the food was pretty good, although I do miss the "Bloomin' Onion" and the "Bread" from the old Outback menu! Anyway we had a lovely evening and its always good to see all the kiddies together as well. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and we even participated in something they call "Fone Free Friday" and all put our phones in a sealed envelope during the meal and as a reward they give you 10% discount off of your meal. What a great idea? Here are a few pictures from the evening.
