This week at school all three kids have been doing lots of cooking. For Joshua and Brandon the theme for the cooking has been Mexican and as such Brandon cooked pork tacos and Joshua cooked chilli con carne. Brandon was so impressed with the pork taco recipe that he asked us to buy the ingredients in this weeks shopping and said he would cook dinner for us one night.
So with Tina away for the weekend tonight was the ideal night to employ some child labour and put Brandon's money where his mouth is. I have to say he did an outstanding job and the tacos were absolutely delicious, so much so that I had 3 of them!!! Even better than that I have a pot left over which I can take to work for lunch one day next week.
