Even though it is the Easter Holidays there is no let up for the party girl Holly as she attended Freddie's 5th birthday party at Partyman World on Saturday. The first week of the half term has been busy with Crafty Katie's, Go-Karting, Swimming, going out for lunch and so on. This week the boys have the Smash Camp at Stubbers booked plus Dumbo at the cinema with Holly and Tina. Holly is going Crafty Katie's again, then me and Bee are planning a round of golf and finally if funds allow we are going to try and get a day out in London later this week.
On a different subject one of the comments from Holly's teacher at the last parents evening is that she is not quite where she should be for reading and writing. This is in part our fault as we seem to have such little time with all the kids clubs and the work we are doing for Joshua's SATS this year. But it is no excuse and we now need to work hard with her to get her back on track and so over the Easter holiday we have been smashing in to the sound and word cards with her. So far so good and this morning she managed Stages 1-3 with very little help.
