On Friday night Brandon had a night away from his family at the annual year 2 sleep over at Abacus school. All the kids stayed over in the main hall and got to vote on a couple of movies to watch on the big projector screen and to order in pizza for dinner. Around 11pm they all turned in for the night sleeping in the gym mats with a sleeping bag. We haven't had too much feedback from the school yet, but it sounds like all the kids were well behaved and had an absolute blast.
The funny thing about his night away was that we packed all his overnight gear in one of my hiking rucksacks and poor Brandon could barely lift it. I think it was pretty much about the same size as him. Bless him though as he did walk all the way to school wearing it.
