Pumpkin Patch 2018

What a Sunday we have had. To start the day Brandon's football team had a blinding game away against East Thurrock - a very physical team that we have never managed to win against. But today we completely outplayed them and thought back like Lions to win 3-2.

After the football we headed over to the Billericay pumpkin patch so that the kiddies could all pick their pumpkins ready for Bonoween 2018. The sun was shining and we had a lovely afternoon walking the pumpkin fields, playing in the corn maze, throwing wellies, pumpkin slides and even a tug-o-war. Josh, Brandon and Holly all got a big and little pumpkin each plus we got a couple of cobs of corn to feed the hamsters.

A sunny Sunday afternoon at the pumpkin patch.

My three pumpkins.

Did you know???

Brandon should have the tired legs after football, but it is Holly being pushed around in the wheel barrow.

They had plenty of marrows there as well as pumpkins.

Exploring the pumpkin fields looking for the biggest they could lay their hands on, whilst I was finding the smallest to practice juggling!

Pumpkin faces.

That doesn't look very comfortable.

My beautiful little girl in a field of pumpkins.

You've got to laugh at Holly in this picture.

Scarecrow faces.

Into the corn maze we go.... love the cob of corn nose Josh.

Now to try and find our way out.

Not sure this is one of the trails in the maze.

Taking high ground to find the exit to the maze.

Yes we made it to the finish.

King family having a nice afternoon at the pumpkin patch.

Holly, Brandon and Josh on the tug-o-war.

Not sure little Holly should be the anchor.

Pull.....

Brandon launches a wellie, aiming for the tire.

Joshua nailed the tire several times. Maybe he is a champion wellie thrower.

Brandon launches a wellie.

Finally Holly on the pumpkin slide.
