Spain - Costa Dorada Day 11

Day 11 and it was back to PortAventura to use up our 2 day pass. Not quite so many pictures today as the Day 10 blog update pretty much captured it all with nearly 50 pictures. Day 2 was even more fun as we new the layout of the theme park and exactly what rides we missed and what ones we wanted to go on again (or in the boys case, again and again and again..........).

Overnight the entrance had been blinged up with more Halloween themed stuff and these giant skulls were part of it.

The fountains on the lake had been replaced by a raft being driven by an over sized skeleton.

One ride which Joshua really wanted to go on was the water canyon ride but he was about 2cm's too short and the woman working the ride just wouldn't let him on. So in return we found these water cannons to blast the other riders of the water canyon ride as they come past. I think the boys got more fun from shooting the other riders than had they of got to go on the ride in the first place.

The adult bumper cars were in the wild west section and themed like raging bulls. Here is me and Joshie getting ready for the off.

Brandon was riding with Mummy.

We did not get many family pictures whilst on holiday so this is a rare shot of all four of us. As you can see Tina lost an amazing lot of weight considering we were all inclusive.

A happy little Brandon riding his horse.

The rides Joshua could get on were getting more and more extreme. This was arguably the most daring he went on and he absolutely loved it. He is definitely growing up into a big coaster fan like his dad.

You can just about catch Tina and Josh whizzing past in the pink top with the bandanna on. As you can see this was no slow roller coaster.

2 days of running around a theme park and we were dead on our feet, literally.

The boys enjoyed many more goes on the canoes which they enjoyed so much the previous day.

Here was a new ride which we tried out in Sesame St World. The faster the two of you pedal, the higher up your glider goes. This got a bit knackering after a few minutes in 30 degree heat despite my high levels of fitness.

Also in Sesame Street World we found another rather impressive child's play area. The trouble with some of these play areas is that they make them so large with some many little tunnels, nooks and crannies that it can be a nightmare trying to keep and eye on two toddlers letting of some energy! It took me ages to realise Joshua and Brandon had located this little steering pod thing and were taking in it turns driving.

Both the boys chilling by a waterfall in China World and eating a tub of ice cream.
