Spain - Costa Dorada Day 5

Day 5 and more of the usual, sun, sea, sand and swimming pool. Prior to leaving for Spain we was a little concerned about Brandon as he is very much a homely boy and even when we have gone on holiday in the UK, he has been known to cry that he wants to go home. However he was thoroughly enjoying Spain and not once did he ask to go home. In fact he wanted to stay longer.

Here is a nice picture of the happy boy on holiday (drinking chocolate milk shake).

Look at this super dude.

The boys are back in town!

The mini disco stage was empty of the morning time which gave the boys the ideal opportunity to entertain the holiday makers with some of their slick moves.

One of my many sand castles which was built for the boys, and subsequently destroyed by the boys.

Joshua playing in Brandon's FCB boat. Just look how clear that water is.

Brandon chilling in the shade whilst me and Joshie are having a blast on the beach. Day 5 we had to split 50/50, i.e. up to lunch on the beach to satisfy me and Joshua, and then after lunch by the pool to satisfy Brandon and Tina.

Suddenly Brandon is by the pool and all smiles again. How cute does he look chilling on a sun lounger? And how small does he look? Honey I shrunk the kids!!!!!!!!

The boys slipped into a holiday routine of at least two ice creams / ice lollies a day. I know it is not good for them, but it was holiday and they were being very good and very active as well.

Brandon with a tub of chocolate ice cream.

How do you eat yours?

Chocolate chops Joshua. Note in this picture you can see the bruising starting to come out under his chin where he cracked it on the side of the pool on day 1.

The evening disco and back on the mini disco with Estivee. Joshua and Brandon started getting braver and were slowly getting closer to him. Will I manage to get a picture of the boys with Estivee before the holiday ends?

Estivee even got down on his knees, but the boys would not get closer and high five him.

Joshua at the mini disco doing the hand signals for "duex, duex, duex, push pineapple shake the tree".

Amazingly we have been unsuccessful in getting the boys to even sleep in the same bedroom in the past as the just mess around and disturb each other. However on holiday not only did they sleep in the same room, but they shared the double bed in the master bedroom. They each took their teddies on holiday (Joshua with his Lion and Brandon with his Meerkat) which also filled the bed. By the end of the week it was Joshua, Brandon, Lion, Meerkat, 2 x Estivee and 2 x Woody Woodpecker. So the bed was starting to get a little cluttered to say the least. Notice the strategic pillow position on Brandon's side to try and stop him from rolling out of bed (which he did manage to do twice!).
