Spain - Costa Dorada Day 9

Day 9 and a nice easy day back in Aqua Splash and the beach to recover from Barcelona. The pictures may look a bit repetitive from days gone, but you just don't get bored which its 30 degrees and your in Spain chilling with the family. Life can be soooo good at times

Brandon was getting braver and starting to come down water slides front ways, back ways and anyway he could get away with before life guards were whistling warnings at him.

Me and my boys.

Now on day 9 we finally realised that Joshua was tall enough to come down the black hole with an adult. So we grabbed our self a double ring and headed up the hill. You can just about make Joshua out at the front of the ring as we emerge from the black hole. He absolutely loved it and ended up going on this about a dozen times.

Me and my boys (again!).

One happy boy.

Anyone for a spot of fishing. I think Joshua was most disappointed that all holiday he didn't catch a fish in his net. I tried a few times at the beach, but those little fish are way too quick to catch in a net.

A nice Daddy snuggle to warm up little Brandon. How he can be cold in 30 degree sunshine is beyond me. He so takes after his mother.

Armed and dangerous.

So onto the next masterpiece sand castle. Any guesses as to what me and the boys are working on?

At this stage Josh and Brandon had not figured out what it was.

Josh providing some more sea water to help the sand stick together and smooth it out.

Ta dah, finally the finished piece. Yes its a ship, complete with shell port holes.

During the holiday the boys discovered air hockey and boy did they love it. This pretty much became part of the evening ritual to have a few games before heading off to the mini disco. Brandon was doing a great job and scoring just as many goals as Josh and certainly won his fair share of games. Looks like a mini games table could be on their xmas list as a joint present this year.

Day 10 to follow and we really step things up with an amazing day out at PortAventura which is the Spanish equivalent of Disney World.
