Mothers Day Meal & Stage 6 Reading

Tina had a nice early Mothers Day present today as the school invited all the Mum's in to enjoy having a school dinner with their children. So Tina got to have a nice roast chicken dinner with Joshua and Brandon as company. I have to say it looks lie a pretty good roast to me.

Happy early Mothers Day as Tina and the boys enjoy a roast chicken dinner.

Holly is now getting very close to being four months old. Sher is really enjoying her solid foods now and has tried carrots, strawberries, apple and blueberry porridge, yogurt and various other things. Generally she is a lot more content with a fuller belly and seems to be sleeping much better of an evening. The food seems to be filling her out a bit and as a result she is getting really strong and loves pushing up on her legs and standing on her feet (obviously supported under the arms). Also Joshua has been very hands on lately and has even had a few attempts at changing her nappy (not the real messy ones though!).

All clean and ready for a nice dry nappy.

The other really good news from Joshua is that after a little talking too following his half term report, I am pleased to say that his behaviour seems to have improved somewhat. Today for example he was awarded two house points, he got a thumbs up from his teacher at the end of the day and best of all that have promoted him to Stage 6 with his reading now. Very proud of him.

Joshua showing us his new stage 6 reading books for this week.
