Well first day back at school after half term and I am very proud of both of the boys. Firstly Brandon has progressed to Stage 3 of reading. His first Stage 3 book is called the "Queen's Maid" and he seemed to really enjoy the challenge of reading this more difficult book for his homework tonight.

With Joshua we had a few problems last half term where he has been rushing his hand writing to the point where not even he can read it let alone his teachers. His main teacher was getting pretty infuriated last term to the point where he was being kept inside playtime and lunchtime to re-do his work. Over half term we have been working really hard with Joshua every day to get him to slow down his hand writing and to make everything neat, clear and readable and I am pleased to say that we appear to have made good progress. His teacher was pleased with his hand writing today and gave Tina a thumbs up when she went to collect him after school tonight. Also he had all of his playtime today as his work was so good. Well done Josh.
