Don't panic. This blog is not anywhere near as bad as the title sounds. Auntie Lisa has not lost or misplaced Joshua and I can assure you that he is safe and sound at home. So whilst Auntie Lisa hasn't physically lost Joshua in person, she has dieted down and lost the equivalent weight of Joshua in just 5 months. That's 5 stones in as many months. Quite and amazing achievement really and just goes to show what you can do with determination and motivation. When you look at the picture below it is quite amazing when you look at the size of Joshua and then consider the fact that Lisa used to carry the equivalent around in body weight!!!!!
