Tenerife Day 6 - Sound of Musicals

Day 7. Today we tried taking the open top bus to Siam for the first time which was a big mistake. Absolute bedlam with queuing, pushing and shoving to make thr 9.30 bus to get to the park for the 10am opening. With 3 kids and a buggy we decided no more bus there, stick with taxi and just use the bus home.

At Siam me and Josh managed to go in Giant which completed all the rides Joshua could go on except Tower of Power which is 1.4m. We had a really good time in the wave pool although someone did apparently land on Joshuas ankle leaving him hobbling all day. We left the park early to head back to the hotel as we werw booked on the Sound of Musicals dinner show. As we left the park we saw the sea lions being fed which was cool.

We figured thr dinner show would be quite late so we grabbed a quick Chinese snack in the restaurant before heading off for our bus to the show. The bus was about 10 mins late and boy did they ram the passenagers on there. When we arrived at the venur the show looked really shoddy but was actually an awesome evening coving loads of musicals from We Will Rock You, Chicago, Grease, Moulan Rouge, Phantom of the Opera, Frozen, to name but a few. The meal was cajun chicken with potatoes, rice and salad followed by chocolate cake and cream. The kids had nuggets and chips and Holly tried tomato source for the first time licking it off her chips. Holly absolutely loved the first half of the show and was standing in her chair having a good boogey. Brandon was fixated and barely took his eyes off the show. He enjoyed the Queen part, Frozen and Gang Nam Style. The evening ended with a very late night getting back to the hotel around 12.15. Our concern now was whether the boys will make it up for karting tomorrow?????
