La Pinada, Salou, Spain 2018 Day 4 - La Pinada beach

Day 4 and we slowed things down a bit and after a good lay-in we just about made breakfast before the restaurants shut. In the early part of the holiday breakfast was a bit of a challenge as it seemed impossible to find something that Brandon and Holly would eat. Joshua had fallen in love with the mash potato and was eating eat morning, noon and night. Brandon was trying lots of stuff but not like much, it wasn't until later in the holiday we found he liked the croissants with chocolate spread on them. Holly just wanted cucumber and pasta which neither were on the breakfast menu!

Anyway after breakfast we decided to have a beach day today so that the boys could do some body boarding and Holly could try her unicorn inflatable out which we purchased from Primark. Brandon is a bit like Tina normally and prefers the pool to the sea. However on this holiday we saw a real change in him and he was loving playing in the warm waters of the med. As with all our holidays I tried making a few different sand castles which never seemed to last long as Holly kept destroying them. Also having not trained for a few days I decided to try a few hand stand walk practices on the beach - this proved harder than I thought it would be!

Brandon catching a wave perfectly with some body boarding,

Another action shot of Brandon, the sea was pretty warm but today he tried his wet suit as normally he feels the cold. I think this was the only day he bothered with the wetsuit.

Joshua and Brandon doing some body boarding.

Joshua was going too deep and not really catching the waves as good as Brandon.

Holly in one of the first sand castles which we built.

First test for Holly on her new inflatable unicorn.

She absolutely loved her unicorn and even didn't mind when a wave flipped her over in to the water.

Lovely picky of Holly and her unicorn on holiday in Spain.

Me providing some stability and pushing Holly and the unicorn over the incoming waves.

Me and H enjoying the waves.

Brandon making some sand castles on the beach.

Mine and Holly's aeroplane sand castle. Well mine because I made it, Holly's because she destroyed it.

Holly flying high on the beach.

An odd looking military look out on the beach.

Whilst the kids were busy I sneaked a little bit of handstand practice not realising Tina was taking pictures.

Holly pulling a silly face.

Having a bit of chill time in the bar before going to dinner (and yes Joshua still hasn't taken off his Fortnite t-shirt).

A rare picture of just me and Tina together. Oh and two large run and cokes!!!!

Holly about to demonstrate the only way to eat spaghetti pasta.

Good job we taught our kids to not use their hands with their food.

Picture of my family making memories and having quality time together on holiday.
