La Pinada, Salou, Spain 2018 Day 9 - More Water Park Action

Day 9 and we all had a very late lay-in due to the exhausting day in Barcelona yesterday and not getting back to the hotel until midnight. Then for the rest of the day we just chilled in the water park and watched the dolphin show again. What was different today though was that as it was now June, a couple of new attractions had been opened.

Joshua was extremely happy that the zip wire had finally opened and he must have went on it at least 10-15 times. He did have a couple of bad landings and winded himself through the back, but still got up and went back for me. Holly and Brandon were loving the little L-shape pipe slide which drops you in to a 3m pool. Its probably the smallest slide in the whole park, but you can have such fun with it.

Breakfast and Holly does her best Joker impression after eating her chocolate spread on toast.

Josh and B with their second footy kits which they bought in Barcelona yesterday.

Josh with the white Ronaldo and Brandon with the claret Messi kit. Really not happy with Josh getting a white kit and feel we will regret this, but he really wanted this one.

Me and the boys going up for a ride on the oval again.

A map of the Aquapolis water park.

This is the little L-shape slide which we all had so much fun on. We were trying to make funny shapes and poses as you fired out of the tube.

Joshua finally gets a go on the zip wire.

This is when you let go before hitting the bump stop and have a good landing.

This is when it goes wrong and you land flat on your back winding yourself.

Even Holly was old enough for the L-shape slide.

Holly must have gone on this slide about 20 times.

Me attempting a Superman pose.

Brandon's attempt at Superman.

Joshua nailing a dab pose.

Another good dab.

At the dolphin show I got conned into buying the 3 most expensive slushies ever just because they are in a dolphin shapped bottle. €7 each, thus €21 for three. Ouch.

But it was so hot and I have to admit the slushies were refreshing.

All 3 kiddies with their dolphin slushies.

More dolphin pictures. You never get bored watching the dolphin show.

Dolphins doing back flips.

Great shot of a dolphin jumping over one of the trainers.

You could get the dolphin to follow your hand and even nod through the glass.

Holly still enjoying the little L-slide.

According to Brandon this is another dance pose from Fortnite.

Me and Josh on this zip wires. Text book landing from me.

Lovely picture of the 3 kids dressed up and ready for dinner and mini disco.

Holly requested yet another photo with Estivee after the mini disco.
